Ours is a neighborhood nestled on the scenic banks of the Chattahoochee River and Bull Sluice Lake and surrounding the Cherokee Golf Club.

We are close to all amenities and the Downtown and Midtown areas, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet with family and friends.

The HHA Board has launched its 2011-12 Mailbox Renewal Program.

The first step was to select a style of mailbox that we believe suits the character of our neighborhood.

The Board then negotiated a discount price on three preferred models and purchased
 one each of these models and had them installed  at the Pond House in a public display to promote this initiative.

You are invited to inspect these mailboxes at the Pond House and consider updating your
 existing mailbox if it has reached the end of its useful life.
