Reminder Regarding Noise
In the Neighborhood
Ever wake up to the hum of a blower?  Or the whack of a nail gun?  We all want to encourage the maintenance and beautification of Huntcliff, but we also need to be respectful of our neighbors when completing outside work.
Sandy Springs Code allows outside work to be completed during the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 7:30 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday and holidays:  no approved hours
Please ensure that any contractors hired to complete work on your property adhere to this schedule.
In general, all residents are encouraged to use common sense and good neighbor rules when doing any outdoor activity that could affect their neighbors’ enjoyment of the same.
Thank you for your cooperation!

Upcoming Events

Get Your Goat, goat rentals will be bringing a herd of 35 goats to clear brush down by our Huntcliff Clubhouse on November 4 to gobble up the overgrown underbrush near our stables. They will be with us for about 10 days. Come and enjoy this bucolic scene, but please don't feed them as eating is what we hired them for!    (A perfect job, if you ask us!). They will be contained with an electric fence and a herding dog.  Feel free to come and take pictures!
Turn up the audio so that you can hear them chomping!
