Sunday, October 29, 4 pm

There will be a Homes Association Meeting about a consolidation of the HHA and the Huntcliff Club on Sunday, Oct 29, 4 pm at the Clubhouse. The purpose is to inform and to receive comments and suggestions. A significant amount of preparation and discussion has taken place between the Board of Directors of both organizations this year. The reduction of debt service costs this year offers an opportunity to consolidate to create a more efficient and cost effective organization. The briefing charts to be presented at the meeting can be found by clicking here. The presentation on Oct 29 will be followed by a clarification and comment session.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please submit your questions/comments to Bob Clydesdale (Emaila address below). The issues will be presented on your behalf and addressed at the meeting. Minutes of the meeting and a summary of the comments and clarifications will be send by email and posted on the Huntcliff Online website.
We hope to see many of you at the meeting.

Welcome to Huntcliff in Sandy Springs, Georgia

Nestled within a 4 1/2 mile bend of the Chattahoochee River and surrounding the prestigious Cherokee Country Club, Huntcliff is a neighborhood unto itself in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Large lots of mature hardwoods with one-of-kind homes, many with views of the river or the golf course, are what make Huntcliff so distinctive.

With home styles ranging from country French, traditional, plantation-style and modern, you won't find cookie-cutter houses all in a row. Streets flow up and down gently curving hills and lead to landscaped cul-de-sacs with secluded home lots.

Located just north of Atlanta in Sandy Springs, the area's up and coming new city, Huntcliff is close to restaurants, shopping and recreational activities. Paired with easy access to GA 400 and MARTA for trips into Atlanta or to the northern suburbs, you couldn't find a more perfect place to call home.

The Huntcliff Club

Huntcliff residents do not have to look far for recreational activities. The Huntcliff Club offers swimming, tennis and a well appointed clubhouse that can be rented out for special events. Situated on the banks of the Chattachoochee River, the Huntcliff Club is the site of many neighborhood get togethers. With four newly constructed, lighted tennis courts, the Club has a vibrant tennis program with opportunities toplay for fun or with the Club's ALTA and USTA teams that compete against nearby neighborhoods. The swimming pool offers swim team competition with the Huntcliff Hammerheads as well as social opportunities for children and adults alike. A floating dock allows easy river access for kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. In addition, the River Run Equestrian Center provides professional riding instruction for equestrians of all ages.

Huntcliff is located in a school district with some of Fulton County's best schools, including: In addition, many private school options are available.
